We are one of the longest established flying school/clubs in South Wales & Borders - with the widest range of training opportunities available - from microlights, self launching motor gliders, to single engine aircraft, tail-wheel, instrument, seaplane training, and helicopter ground school. For any kind of aviation theory course or CAA exam (Seaplane, PPL Aeroplane & Helicopter, Instrument, Radio VHF & HF etc) we offer these from our training centre Nr Cardiff, or at a preferred location (depending on numbers).

We specialise in licence conversion and IR® training from microlight, glider or foreign licences for example, to aeroplanes (land/sea). For the NPPL, LAPL(A) and EASA PPL(A), IR® we fly 4 seat touring aircraft such as the Piper PA28, or Arrow. For NPPL(M) we also use the Ikarus C42, Eurostar EV97 and Grob109. For those who have never flown a light aircraft before then we recommend starting with a trial lesson, or if you then want to progress quickly and intensively then we provide block training in Spain or Portugal.

You can also book one of our instructors to take you on one of our regular cost sharing flights. Popular routes include the local Wales & Borders area or France and Ireland.
